Carbon fiber strengthening
Carbon fiber, not a new beam. Adds capacity to T's, beams, columns and slabs without tearing anything out.
Structural concrete repair
Columns, beams, walls and slabs: remove the bad concrete, treat the steel, rebuild the shape.
Chemical-resistant coatings
Food and process floors, containment and cooling towers, coated to hold up to what runs over them.
Waterproofing
Below grade, planters, podiums and air barriers. Fixed once, at the source.
Deck coatings
Vehicle traffic coatings and pedestrian deck and balcony systems, from prep to stripes.
